Scan Factor, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the scanfactor.com website and the ScanFactor mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

7.1 Business Transaction: If Scan Factor, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

7.2 Legal Requirements: Scan Factor, LLC may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

11. California Residents / Your California Privacy Rights
